Terms and Conditions

Weather Usage Policy

If there is light rain and winds 19MPH or less with forecast for clearing skies, your inflatable will be delivered and installed as requested. FIF policy is for the customer to wipe down any water on the usable surfaces of the inflatable prior to resuming operation. If the winds are exceeding 20MPH before inflatable delivery but forecast for the rest of the day shows slower winds and clearing skies, FIF units may be installed but not inflated until the winds improve to less than 20 MPH. If during usage, winds begin to exceed 20MPH, evacuate the inflatable and disable the blower (and water hose) until conditions improve. If the unit is delivered and installed and the weather goes bad, please follow our weather policy, if the weather ends up being bad for the whole day then please give us a call and we will discuss keeping it another day or rescheduling or providing a raincheck. FIF is all about the fun and we will work with you during weather issues to provide the best service we can.
